They might not charge him for the "breast" exam, which he was apparently give permission by the victims to do.

I can see him being charged for impersonating a Doctor.

If you read the actual police report, the "doctor" also inserted his fingers in their..as my friend's little girl calls it...their woo woo.

I'm still trying to figure out what in the world these women were thinking.

Both victims on the police report stated that he "disguised himself as a doctor." I am guessing he showed up in a white coat with a black doctor's bag?

If he said, "I'm a doctor" then I think he is nailed.

Still The day that a rational woman or man would open shirt or other for someone, uninvited, with white coat, with or without stethoscope, needs to be put in home to protect him or her.
