Well, as we all expected for the past few weeks, John Kerry will be the democrat candidate for the presidency this year. He will bring to this campaign his socialist philosophy of government and his belief that appointments to the federal court system should share his socialist viewpoint, or do not even bother to apply. It will be a central focus of a Kerry administration that tyranny from the bench will continue and be enhanced, much to the detriment of a substantial majority of the population of the country.

We have in Kerry's candidacy a man who has a twenty plus year socialist voting record, and who only strays from it out of political expediency. His record shows that he has only one core belief, and that is expansion of the socialist welfare state. It very well may be that his socialist philosophy will be what brings him down as this record is exposed to the voters of this country. I say this because I still believe that a huge majority of this country still wants individual liberty, economic freedom, a court system that does not dictate law, but interprets it according to the Constitution of the United States, and for the tax codes not to be used as a method to transfer wealth in order to reward mediocrity and punish success.

Fortunately for the country President Bush offers a clear cut choice to us. His record demonstrates a philosophy that is diametrically opposite to that of Kerry. He has shown us a strong belief in free enterprise, economic freedom, a court system that must get back to it's assigned contitutional role of interpreting law rather than making it. and promoting individual liberty for us and to other nations who desire to live in freedom.

As I mentioned in my first posting this election is about political philosophy of the candidates. What a shame it is that in this country, founded upon individual liberty, that we must be at odds with our fellow citizens over freedom verus socialism. If socialism prevails, i.e. John Kerry and the democrat party, the lights of freedom will flicker even more than they are now. Therefore, where in the world will freedom, as envisioned by the founders of this nation, be found?
