Friendly fire killed Border Patrol agent,
sources tell NBC News

Investigators are preparing to announce that the death of Border Patrol Agent Nicholas Ivie in Arizona earlier this week was the result of friendly fire -- accidental gunfire :eusa_shifty:from another agent who responded to the same scene, state and federal officials told NBC News on Friday.

Since guns kill. Where did the gun that was used to kill the agent come from and whose head will Issa use his rope and match on?

The border patrol is not permitted to have any firearms other than rubber bullets and bean bag guns. One of the causes of Brian Terry's death is that the kilers had real guns and Terry had only a bean bag gun.

So how did friendly fire kill Agent Ivie?

OMG, first they blame a American citizen for causing riots in the middle east and the cause of the Ambassador's death, now they are blaming the death of the boarder agent on a American citizen..

vote this administation OUT...the BUCK never stops with them ANYTIME

Union chief: US border agent apparently opened fire on fellow agents, killed in return fire
Oct 7, 2012 - Nicholas Ivie died when fellow agents returned fire
The head of the Border Patrol agents union says the agent killed last week in a shooting in southern Arizona apparently opened fire on two fellow agents thinking they were armed smugglers and was killed when they returned fire.

National Border Patrol Council president George McCubbin said Sunday that the two sets of agents approached an area where a sensor had been activated. He says they arrived from different directions early Tuesday when Agent Nicholas Ivie opened fire.

Acting Cochise County Sheriff Rod Rothrock confirmed the scenario but would not say if Ivie was the first to shoot. The shooting happened a few miles (kilometers) north of the border with Mexico, in a well-known smuggling area. The FBI announced Friday that the shooting appeared to be a case of friendly fire.
