Fresh note become a sweet DREAM - Karachi
I want to drawn attention towards STATE BANK OF PAKISTAN what reason fresh note not circulate among all branches of commercial banks according to their requirement, but sorry to say fresh note never short in BLACK open market where fresh note being sold on premium and no CNIC photo copy required when acquire the fresh note.
But when a customer asking fresh note from commercial bank branches than very often sentence that STATE BANK not deliver us fresh note but how customer justify that bankers is telling truth or lie. Now a day’s bank always facing shortage of old notes changes and fresh note become dream for all customers to avail before RAMZAN EID without premium.
I suggest that State Bank distribute fresh note in the presence of SBP officer and do not trust upon any commercial bank they can honestly circulate fresh note among all customers, this is common practice that fresh notes always given to favorite or big customers and always small account holders do not get fresh notes and force to buy from BLACK market if they have urgent need.
During Eid festival fresh note have great demand but majority of customers could not get fresh note as their requirement if they have good relation with bank manager or officer than no worry at all.
It is fact that State Bank usually print fresh note before both EID festival than what reason does not reach the commercial bank due to the negligence or careless of concern officer in which only small account holder being suffered and HIT a lot always very often in our country but who will take notice of this issue and resolve.
