how did you cook it?

Flower, seasoning salt, salt, pepper, Louisiana hot sauce, Adobo and some chili's.

I should have fried the fish more but I was starving and eager to eat my catch hahaha...

I gave myself a personal challenge this summer - eat (mostly) what you can catch (or kill) for yourself...... That doesn't mean I will turn down a slice of deep dish pizza tho

That pond in the pic is only like 12 feel long and 3 feet across and is only like a foot deep. I built that earlier this summer for my parents. That pond is really just to look at. I put fish in there tho. Goldfish, Coy, Bluegill and a bullhead catfish...

I caught that catfish across the street from my parents place at a state park. I kinda poached him hahaha... Where I caught him it's supposed to be catch and release only but I was hungry for some fresh catfish

I actually caught him on a Bluegill....
