Freedom belongs to the person

Freedom is the creation of the individual person and like any other creation of any person it is their property and if you were to remove it from one person without their permission that removal would be theft which is protected against by law, the constitution, and all concepts of morality in existence. This shows that rights, existing as a creation of a person, can only be delegated to the government by that person's choice and can be withdrawn at the point when the contract between the person and the government has been violated by either party.
