Frank Robinson passes

Baseball great Frank Robinson has died at age of 83. Being a Tribe fan I didn't see much of him during his Reds years. He was part of some great Orioles teams. I'll always remember his first game as the Indians manager.

Thank you. Just heard this. Frank was an awesome five-tool player, the guy you never wanted coming up against you when the game was on the line. A model of class.

Stylistically, I found him bothersome. He used to crowd the plate and dare the pitcher to throw him inside. Took a lot of HBP's. As a Pirate fan, I hated the Big Red Machine (except for Bench).
