Not so sure, if we cut off money to "Sanctuary Cities" those folks have to cut their budget somewhere. Cutting it AGAINST citizens and FOR illegals would be political suicide.

Please quote the LAW that says U.S. citizens MUST pay for the education of a NON citizen.

The States need to start looking at all of those institutions not paying property taxes....like hospitals that don't pay taxes because of their "charity" work. Or all of those claiming exemptions because they are labeled as "education". We keep paying more and we have less to show and when the cuts come it is always our own that do without.
