If that's even close to the truth nobody had a job under Bush:

7 straight years of job growth? Unemployment rate that has fallen from 10.1 % to 4.9%? A strong dollar? A strong stock market? Record profits for the auto industry that was at the point of going out of business in 2009?

Obama the socialist. LOL

I did and what does that have to do with now? Bush hasn't been president for seven years.

It's just the way it is on political message boards.
Boards like USMB attract mostly the fringe element filled with severe distaste (hate) for their opposition. Everything that goes wrong is always the otherside's fault and their side always has the answer.
When W was president, anything that went wrong, well it was Clinton's fault. With Obama in office the shoe is on the other foot and now everything is W's fault.
This board (along with other boards) lacks enough objective posters to be taken seriously.

The only reason you can say there has been job growth is because that's what they told you.
Problem is.....they count part-time jobs the same as full-time...and they count over-time as another job.....but fewer people are working.
Income has been stagnant for 7 years......I don't think this country can stand another 4 years of this great Progressive Keynesian Economy.

Ninety-eight million is almost 50% of the working-age population. Math: Not FAUXNews' strong suit.

America has almost 300 million people. 98/300 is about 1/3. What were you saying about math...wait...let me speak slower. What....were...you...saying...about...math?

Job growth didn't begin until republicans took over congress. When both democrats controlled both the congress and the presidency job growth was negative.

your reading comprehension is poor

I didn't see the term working age. Thanks. Did you know this sentence needs a period at the end?

It could be fuckin true with the way the numbers have been manipulated over the years. Once you count person not working different that person's not seeking work for more than two weeks (seriously) then we may actually have 98 million out of work. I don't know why we don't count unemployement the way we use to which is a person who has been out of work for a year. That seems to make more sense and more accurate. Of course, politicians will have to answer to that which is why making the numbers look good may benefit them.

The only way America can have 98 million out of work is if you count babies and seniors.

Wrong. It is the number of Americans over the age of 16 not working.

If big ears were an R, this would be a huge story.

I was an R for thirty years.....then the party turned into a rich man's tool. I wouldn't vote for another Republican if they were born with golden ass holes.
