Romney can do something Perry can't, get the Independents to consider voting for him. Swaggering, big- talking, Texans bring back bad memories for some.

Again, I don't buy that. and other conservatives shouldn't buy that either.

The Turner win shows that dissasifaction with Obama is so high right now, that independents will vote against him. It's going to get worse when the economy goes into a second dip in the recession.

As I said b4, him getting conservative votes isn't an issue. Him getting Independents/undecideds to vote for ANOTHER swaggering Texan is another Besides, he hasn't addressed all the particulars of his boasts/chest-beating yet.
