No, everyone else got it right and FOX got it wrong. Read the Mueller Report. Mueller didn't look for collusion because it's not illegal. Mueller looked for "criminal conspiracy" which is illegal. While Mueller found insufficient evidence of a criminal conspiracy to bring charges. Not "no evidence", and not "no collusion".

I did read it. It said no conspiracy.
Legal terms insufficient evidence means exactly what it says.
When there is not enough competent evidence that would reasonably afford a plaintiff or prosecutor with the ability to win their case .
