Neera Tanden, a former aide to both Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, had this to say about the relationship of the two presidents:

Clinton, being Clinton, had plenty of advice in mind and was desperate to impart it. But for the first two years of Obama’s term, the phone calls Clinton kept expecting rarely came. “People say the reason Obama wouldn’t call Clinton is because he doesn’t like him,” observes Tanden. “The truth is, Obama doesn’t call anyone, and he’s not close to almost anyone. It’s stunning that he’s in politics, because he really doesn’t like people. My analogy is that it’s like becoming Bill Gates without liking computers.”

It's a revealing statement from Tanden, who "served as senior advisor for health reform at the Department of Health and Human Services, advising Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and working on President Barack Obama’s health reform team in the White House to pass the bill," according to her bio at the Center for American Progress. She is currently president and CEO of the liberal organization.

He doesn't "like people?" What does that mean? He holds contempt for people or just isn't the most social person in the world and likes keeping to himself a little bit more?

It's probably way above your or my pay grade figuring out why. But look at his life. He was abandoned first by his father and then his mother. Layer in he spent considerable years in denial or whatever of even his names - Barack & Hussein - and there's probably a personality there that a shrink needs to deal with.

Sebelius to Continue Campaigning for Obama Despite Hatch Act Violation

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius will campaign for President Obama this week, days after federal officials ruled that she illegally did so in her official capacity earlier this year.

Sebelius will appear “in per personal capacity” at a handful of New Hampshire events, according to a report in the New Hampshire Union Leader:

President Barack Obama’s campaign will bring Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to the state on Friday and Saturday to speak at grassroots events in Durham, Portsmouth, Laconia, Concord, Nashua, Derry and Keene.
Officials were sure to address any potential violations of the Hatch Act, a federal law that prohibits administration officials from conducting political activities in their official capacities.

To avoid any legal issues, the Obama campaign has made it clear that Sebelius “will be speaking to the press in her personal capacity on behalf of Obama for America.”

The campaign even asked the media to “refrain from using her official title at the event and in related press reports, and note that we will not be taking questions concerning her official responsibilities.”
Sebelius was cited for a Hatch Act violation earlier this month after the Office of Special Counsel noted that she had called for the re-election of President Obama and North Carolina Governor Bev Purdue (D) while speaking in her official capacity at an event in February.

It should be obvious that obama doesn't like people. He has no use for them, other than how they can directly affect him personally. obama "likes" people the way you might like a screwdriver or pliers in your tool box.

There are loads of indications that obama doesn't like people. The form letters that he sends to the families of dead military is one such indication. His constant blaming others for his own failings, even those individuals who have loyally taken the heat for him. The only person he has shown any loyalty to at all is fellow black man Eric Holder, although we don't know his reasons for doing so. obama acts without regard to the consequences suffered by others as a result of his actions.
