Here's a suggestion for the under-taxed rich to put their money where their mouth's are:
Starting with Obama, he should randomly select a family currently enrolled on the Welfare rolls, considered impoverished, and he should donate his quarter's salary as POTUS to that family. That would make a significant change for at least four families each and every year he is in office. Since Obama is a wealthy man, it won't make much of a dent in his bottom line, either. Not only that, but in order to demonstrate his sincerity, he should forgo using this contribution as a tax write-off. Charity comes from the heart, not because of some government bribe.
This way, he has demonstrated an example which he can use to encourage other rich people to emulate.
