There is grim news on the housing front. Foreclosures inched up in the third quarter. The number of foreclosure filings increased less than 1%. These numbers are from Realtytrac. This breaks a trend of three consecutive quarterly decreases. KSEE 24 spoke with the president of the Fresno Association of Realtors, Jim Whitlach. He says Fresno's foreclosure numbers have held steady. But the number of homes on the market is desperately low.
