I was reading THIS ARTICLE in the Herald Tribune yesterday during my flight from Hong Kong to SFO. What got me in the article is how, during the recent attack on the oil company compound in Saudi Arabia, an American born Iraqi quotes one of the terrorists, when talking about the American's fate as saying to another terrorist, "He's an American, we should shoot him," and the other replied, "We don't shoot Muslims,". . . . They then went on to apologize to him for their attack, he is quoted as saying, "They told me, 'We are here because we want to promote Islam, we don't want non-Muslims to come to our country, we are promoting a Muslim cause". This all while his "friend", a Swede was ling there on the ground bleeding to death in front of him.

But we all know, Islam is a religion of peace. It was the Swedes fault for going there, working in the oil industry, making money for his family but making even more for the Saudis! Yeah, it was just his fault.....

If they don't want non-Muslims in their country, so they are killing them, all the non-Muslim countries of the world should be booting Muslims out and letting them we don't want them here. It is only a matter of time before, right here in the Good Ole US of A, they will be telling us non-Muslims can't go into a predominately Muslim community. I'm glad I don't live in Detroit.... (or more so Dearborn, MI).

Damn folks, wake the fuck up!

Yep, and I just saw on the news that somewhere they are trying to make it that Muslim prayers be mandatory in schools! how fucked up is that?

There was a time when they left the room when we were singing x-mas songs, and picking names for Secret Santa. I don't have a problem with segregated schools, but bringing prayer into public schools is BS. The whole point of non-denominal schools is to avoid all that religous stuff. Get your own schools, and pray on your own time, like everyone else.

Sort of reminds me of the French/English nonesense here - their (the French) sense of entitlement seems to grow as they are accomodated.

I remember when I first joined this board not long ago and I brought up that islam is inherently violent and promotes terrorism.

It is reassuring to me, yet incredibly upsetting how over time, I am proving absolutely correct by the fact OTHERS are starting to see it.

Normally people would look at history and current trend to predict the nature of a thing.

With islam, we ignore.

Normally people go to the source of the text and analyze the text or its foundations.

With islam, we play dumb.

Normally when something is a threat to our nation, we put up all of our skepticism first, and ask questions later.

With islam, we welcome it and promote it.

Even for an athiest who may claim there is no devine order of things, you cannot ignore the trent toward this "upside down" situation our nation seems geared toward. America has flipped all of its moral rights and wrongs upside down in less than 100 years.

This is a powerful trend that can no longer be stopped by resistance. Like a patient with Gangreen, there needs to be an amputation of the disease so the healing can begin. The disease goes to deep to fix it any other way.

I am convinced there is a reason government has assumed its "ultimate authority" role power grab. Citizens cannot keep government in check anymore. Lets take a look:

1. Voting means little when the candidates are not what they claim, and they are only the lesser of evils. -The presidential voting process isn't even by popular vote. The electoral college has no mandate to go the way of the people.

2. No one impeaches activist judges. Congress and the president pass a law the people overwhelmingly support, and the courts throw it down as unconstitutional.

A. They don't even HAVE that authority according to the Constitution
B. This overturns ANY say so of the people in making laws
C. This means only politicians and judges may make laws. -The people are left out of the process entirely

3. There are no guns. Any gun in possession is required documented and is PERMISSIBLE only by GOVERNMENT. -Which goes contrary to the entire point of owning any.

Thus, there IS NO DEFENSE AGAINST TYRANNY ANYMORE.

Now your favorite two faced compromizing politicians are making deals with socialists to keep their money and power. Socialism is a global steamroller and American politicans know that. They aren't stupid, they helped CREATE IT.

Now the people cannot resist it, and any rebellion can easilly be squashed by outgunning and having documented evidence of the rebellious element potential in the US by gun laws.

The politicians WANT islamic law. Why? They get more power. It requires government to keep law enforcement operating. TAXES pay for that. More staffing is needed. Power and money grow, and the populace becomes more dependant.

Anyone reading the Bible with any desire to understand can see the events of the end times coming into view here. In fact, many who do not believe are sensing things going this way as well.

Reality is what it is and there is nothing good that can come out of this. The days of the triumphant spirit of liberty are over. That spirit is outclassed, outgunned, and outnumbered. In fact, now it is even HATED for non-conformity.

Do I propose surrender? Quite the opposite. Do I think there is a way out? Not on this Earth. Do I expect to beat the game? No.

It is our responsibility to fight tooth and nail, but we need to wake up to reality. This did not start yesterday, and it did will not end tomorrow. As for America, we will go silently into the night.

As for the rest of the world, I know the scriptwriter personally, and I have a copy of the play.

I will sit and watch until I am called on for my part, and play it the best possible way I can.

Just like you won't say a lot of things, like which candidate with a chance of winning you would prefer. Their outlooks are different despite assertions to the contrary.

Who would be dumb enough to reveal all of his secrets?

:p:

Does anyone still buy that argument?

Wait a few more days, new people will join and you may get an audience.

That's just wrong...

I don't think any type of prayer should be allowed in a public school, but that is just my opinion and not the topic of this thread.

But say they do allow praying in public schools, then I think it should be equal and allow all religions to be able to pray. But I think that would be complicated because there are different rules and rituals in all the different religions.... oh well... I'm getting off topic anyways...

Dude, your taliban style fundamentalism is not as convincing as you think. It's easy to guilt people who want to be "good christians" into a frenzy of isolationistic, jew-hating, fag-bashing.

Taliban style?

I haven't lobbed a grenade at anyone last I checked.

It's easy to guilt people who want to be "good christians" into a frenzy of isolationistic, jew-hating, fag-bashing.

Is it?

I have never tried.

Normally the catholics specialize in guilt. -Not I.

Being "good Christians" doesn't save you anyway, so it isn't like it is a necessity.

"Jew-hating" and "Fag-Bashing"?

When did I ever promote or say anything of the kind?

Yes. You say you invite people to their own interpreatation of the bible, but when they don't agree with YOUR interpreatation, they're just WRONG. That's taliban style.

No. but your point of view is a defacto espousal of apathy, which, in turn, supports the terrorist/eu coalition.

"We will turn on israel"

"homos are going to hell"

--paraphrasing on both of those.

Because God Hates Fags, right?
