It is Bush who is responsible for creating this deficit crisis. The two wars he started and the tax cuts for the rich have been very costly.

So can anyone compare and contrast, in detail, why they think Bush was a better president? I am very curious to know.

Wrong, again. Clinton started it when he signed the law forcing banks to give loans to people even when they knew those people couldn't pay them back. The clinton surplus is a lie. We were in a recession during the 2000 campaigns, they were calling it the clinton recession. Clinton only looked good because of a republican controlled congress.
