Your the one that thinks they somehow can just decide who will be President. You have to prove your point, something you can not do.

Using your logic, since every President has been a white male, every white male is on the grand conspiracy. If a bunch of Presidents had been Boy Scouts you would be telling us how the Boy Scouts brainwashed them into what they are.

You have made the claim, prove the connection. Because A is a member of B and other's were members of B does not equal B picks the President and secretly runs the country.

There is in fact no correlation provable. The people vote for electors and electors select the President. With only 3 exceptions every President has won the popular vote. One of the three exceptions won by getting the House of Representatives to pick him after neither man had enough electoral votes. The other two won because individual States majorities picked him in enough electoral rich States to win.

Your claim is that somehow this secret cabal ( not very secret at that either) decides who will be President and makes it happen. It ignores the reality of the election process. The Primaries and the General election.

And then we get into how a secret ( but you know about it) cabal really tells the elected Government what to do, why worry about who is President if they just do what they want and the Government jumps to their tune?
