For the first time, I

tried to respond to a post written about the ricans getting SS benefits by the US government, and this was according to the OP all because they couldn't speak English in that US state or what ever they want to call it down there. OK so when I responded in the post area, it said that I didn't have permission or access to respond to that page and/or topic. HUH? That was a first for me.. I thought I had lost my sign in, so I went out and came back in, but nope it still wouldn't allow me to respond to that topic. I went to some other topic's to check them to see if I could respond in a test, and hey it works fine, but not on that topic it doesn't... Now why is this, does anyone know ?
