Donald Trump is now President.

Not who I wanted, but a better outcome than President Clinton.

I have no intention of spending the next four years trying to defend him or wade through the fake news, false research, and agenda driven, cherry picked facts.

If he can balance the budget, stop sending money to other nations, secure our borders, and lift the nonrational burdens of regulations from business, take care of our vets, I'll be okay with it.

As a bonus, if he can eliminate baseline budgeting, I may even consider voting for him in 2020. No promises.

Conservatives: Work on gaining a veto-proof congress and stop worrying about the Presidency. Take as many state legislatures as you can and drive national policy and law from that base with Constitutional convention if congress fails to cooperate. Hold true to your principles of small, effective government and individual freedom and liberty. Dump the GOP if they won't play ball.

Democrats: Try to go back to being the party of JFK, and maybe you'll stop being a regional political party.

Good luck to us all.

Let's do this.
