In general this will give all mom & pops a competitive advantage over the big guys. BOUT FUCKING TIME it goes their way, I'd say.

The reason chains do well is because they buy everything in bigger quantities and are able to sell cheaper. It hurts mom and pop businesses, but people who don't have a lot of disposable income will go where things are cheaper. I expect a lot of chains to cut back on employees. Many companies are doing just that, so bye bye jobs. And the left thinks this is good news because......................????
