This sports-culture tale was inspired by the film Hoosiers.

Everyone likes Nick Foles for what he accomplished for the previously-rated top-ranked Philadelphia Eagles NFL team after they lost their phenom-QB Carson Wentz to a season-ending injury. Foles' Eagles finally put down the never-expelled NY Giants in a game that came down to the final quarter (score: 34-29)! Afterwards, many beautiful Eagles fans started purchasing fan-glasses (with Eagles insignia). Merchandising for sports shot through the roof, as everyone thought reading-glasses and sunglasses symbolized pedestrian imagination in modern civilization.

One die-hard Eagles fan started protesting the wearing of these Eagles-insignia reading-glasses and sunglasses, since they represented a conscious intelligence regarding capitalism frivolity. This Eagles-fan (or fan-atic) was known as 'Birdman of Vegas,' since many gambling-bets changed odds-taking team-spirit based Eagles-betting on the competitive floors of Vegas casinos after Birdman's antics regarding the cynical Internet-blogging about Eagles reading-glasses/merchandise street-metaphysics value. Birdman became a sensational prophet of American values, but even he admitted that he got swept up in the mass's mindless metaphysical musings regarding a continued upstart-Eagles dream-season without Wentz. Birdman purchased just one frame of Eagles-insignia glasses (for his daughter!).
