Hustler was deliberately debasing, It was intended to degrade women. Playboy sought to create the illusion of the sex kitten through their "Bunny," but Hustler made clear their view by publishing spreads of women who had literally been shit on. Flynt has a bitter contempt for women, as he has a bitter contempt for anything decent. He is a perfect democrat.
