"Florida woman"? :eusa_think:

Deputies: Keys woman shoots, kills man over a beer | The News-Press | news-press.com
CONCH KEY (AP) — Deputies in the Florida Keys say a 62-year-old woman known as “the sea hag” fatally shot a 64-year-old man who refused to give her a beer.

regardless if she gets jail-time or not, the guy lost his life over $1.75 because guns make people socialists (equalize everyone)

Several timebombs walking everywhere. One surely need to be careful in interacting with some people, seeing you never know just what may set them off.

Weeks ago in Houston, a store clerk shot and killed a man over stolen pack of cigarettes! Whilel it is annoying to be robbed, killing people over trivial matters has got to be stopped.

It's the end result of the liberal view of what constitutes a civil right. It is also the end result of what liberals started in the 80s when they won a victory for civil rights by prohibiting locking up the insane against their will.

That was Reagan and his budget cutting policy.

Oh my god!!! Are you kidding me? :( Reading stories like this makes me afraid for humanity. When people kill other people over alcohol, you just have to ask yourself...WTF is wrong with the world???

you'll see people howling over abortion but not a peep from a gun-clinger in threads like this.

It's really sad to me how some people have 0 value for human life. If you're fed up with the world, why target another innocent human being? Over something as trivial as not bringing you a beer??? I mean my goodness! That is sad. :(

I'll admit, I'm on the pro gun side of the argument. (Although I feel like assault rifles are a bit much for any legal purposes) But maybe we should look into a competency and/or psychological evaluation as a requirement. I know someone will say I'm infringing upon legal rights, but I'm not talking about anything really difficult or impossible (and the Founding Fathers had restrictions on who the Bill of Rights applied to). Maybe something similar to a Hunter's Ed program, that teaches gun safety and laws, with an optional fee that would feed into a fund for families of those killed in situations like this one. We'll never be able to stop all of the lunatics and criminals. Some people will still get their hands on guns illegally. But at least we might stop a few senseless killing. Self respecting men and women who own guns to protect their family and for recreation will lose a few hours of their lives in a class. But if they talk with the other people in their class and someone obviously has a few screws loose, maybe we could catch some early warning signs.

Why? This crime has nothing to do with my second amendment Rights, and freedoms, we have Laws already on the books that will deal with her actions in a court of Law.
