Apparently, when the shooter entered the library at Florida University, he broke the law....it was illegal for him to carry that gun on the campus when he went there to commit mass murder....

One of the students he shot....actually had a legal concealed carry permit....but had to leave his gun at home because it was illegal to carry a gun onto the campus.....

soooo...the. Law abiding, innocent victim obeyed the law....and got shot....the criminal ignored the gun free zone law...and shot several people.....

Now to a lefty....this makes sense.....to the rational world....this is f*****g nuts....

FSU Shooting Victim Had CCP But Couldn t Carry On Campus

One the victims wounded in the November 20 attack on the Florida State University (FSU) campus had a concealed carry permit (CCP) but was not allowed to carry his gun on campus for self-defense because of Florida law.
A bill to change that law and allow campus carry was thwarted by current FSU President John Thrasher in 2011, when he was a state senator.

According to Students for Concealed Carry at Florida State (SCCFS), shooting victim Nathan Scott has a CCP, but the campus carry ban rendered him defenseless when 31-year-old Myron May opened fire. In other words, although he had "the training and skills necessary to end the shooting... [Scott was] powerless due to Florida's laws."

He should sue for injuries. People need to realize that laws/rules have consequences.

Two people in that library had shots at the attacker...but had no gun to use....

Students Disarmed By Campus Carry Laws Had Clear Shot At FSU Library Attacker - Bearing Arms

“This is highlighted by two FSU students, one of whom was a US Army Infantry combat veteran and had a clear shot at the shooter, the other is gunshot victim Nathan Scott who is a member of Students for Concealed Carry at FSU who was able to go and warn other students about the shooter despite his injury. Both of these individuals, in spite of having the training and skills necessary to end the shooting, were powerless to prevent it due to Florida’s laws.

So, they are so lucky this nut was a bad shot....
