Florida Judge Smacks Down Holder over Non-Citizens Voting

Rubio's Cuban.

That's a whole different animal in the hispanic world.

And I am saying this as someone who's part Cuban.

And Martinez being Cuban doesn't count, either?
Got it....

How about Jeb's wife being Mexican?

Cubans enjoy a special immigration status in this country..no other hispanic enjoys. When they get to American shores..they are automatic citizens.

This is part of the reason many hispanics resent Cubans.

Why even type the word "Hispanic"?

Just say "Mexican", then.

Cubans don't count.

How about Puerto Ricans?
They enjoy special privileges too.

Anything to divide/separate.
Truth is Mrtinez, Rubio and Jeb all got elected with more than just "Hispanic" votes.

It might be, if it were true.

But it's not.

If you have to lie to make your point, your point isn't worth making.

The STATISTS want one person as dictator of our most precious Constitutional right. No real surprise, the fewer that can climb the mountain to voting in Florida, the better the chances of selecting the 'favored' winners. The Florida legislature just redistricted. Of course incumbents are favored, most of whom are Republicans*. My county in NE Florida is now in the district with CITRUS county, in central Florida, near the Gulf. So blatant are the tactics of the anti american dregs of society, there may be a backlash in November, Scott makes Cheney look like Eisenhower.

"Friendly' Democrats were assisted also.

If they're favored, they're favored by spoon-fed idiots.

I'm not voting to re-elect anyone

The Judge got it wrong...because that's not what they are doing.

Florida is engaged in a blatantly bigotted attempt to suppress the hispanic vote.

Yeah they are all RACIST!!!

The only Cuban in you was stuck up your ass....

Another faggot out of the closet.

What is it with you conservatives and homosexuality?

Gosh..folks..keep you faggotisis to yourselves.

LOL, what a crock Shallow Sallow, I thought you said they were bigots...

Everytime reality bites you in the ass, you take it deeper, must be a relief for the Cuban in you... :( :( :(

Wet feet, dry feet policy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The wet foot, dry foot policy is the name given to a consequence of the 1995 revision of the Cuban Adjustment Act of 1966 that says, essentially, that anyone who fled Cuba and got into the United States would be allowed to pursue residency a year later. After talks with the Cuban government, the Clinton administration came to an agreement with Cuba that it would stop admitting people found at sea. Since then, in what has become known as the "wet foot, dry foot" policy, a Cuban caught on the waters between the two nations (i.e., with "wet feet") would summarily be sent home or to a third country. One who makes it to shore ("dry feet") gets a chance to remain in the United States, and later would qualify for expedited "legal permanent resident" status and, eventually, U.S. citizenship

Where is the lie?

he wasn't lying about the immigration status comment. He's simply not smart enough to understand what it really is, and 'dumbed it down' for himself.
Wet-Foot, Dry-Foot Policy

Under the amendment, when a Cuban migrant is apprehended in the water between the two countries, he is considered to have “wet feet” and is sent back home. A Cuban who makes it to the U.S. shore, however, can “dry feet” and can qualify for legal permanent resident status and U.S. citizenship.
big difference between 'can qualify' and 'automatic citizens'.

Florida is engaged in a blatantly bigotted attempt to suppress the hispanic vote.

They are stopping fraudulent voting. You must be a citizen to vote.

They aren't checking citizenship..in fact they aren't checking anything. They are going through the rolls and pulling hispanics out. The majority of the 180K names they want to purge are hispanic...neat trick for a minority.

In any case..election officials are refusing to do this.

It's a vile and bigotted partisan attempt to keep Americans from voting.

there are 5 million Hispanics in Florida, even if every single one of the 180,000 dead people in Florida are Hispanic that still leaves 4.8 million Hispanics that can vote.
