Anywhere else, where the command structure officials know what they are doing they anticipate that roads will very likely be unusable for trucks after a major storm. What kind of idiot would try and get all the truck drivers for trucks which they can`t even fuel up and can`t go anywhere because the roads are blocked ?

Anybody else would have used every driver and transport before the storm hits to evacuate as many people as possible to the locations that can later be supplied before the storm makes the roads unusable....which is what anybody else has been doing every where else.
