A message from a planet orbiting Arcturus has been identified as a definite sign of intelligent life responding to radio transmissions from the planet Earth. After gathering a team of scientists, mathematicians, physicists and phrenologists from all over the globe, the first sentence of the highly mathematical message has been finally translated.....
