One certain opinions addressed a culture war issue in a narrow way. Or were other decisions decided on narrow points?
I have maintained that making the baker do an act against his religion was unconstitutional, glad the court ruled that way.

Private businesses should be able to do as they please. I know a laundromat owner who tells people whom he throws out "I don't need a reason!" I agree with him.
