Dixville Notch, NH:

They haven't voted for a Democrat to win the general election since 1968. Today, Obama beat McCain 15-6, or by 27%. This is the first town in America to vote.

For comparison. in 2004
Bush got 19 votes
Kerry got 6 votes

in 2000
Bush got 21 votes
Gore got 5 votes

What does this say?

McCain had 1,000 people at his rally today, Obama had tens of thousands.

It is going to be a big win for Obama.

It says nothing. They are wrong as much as they are right.

The Republicans were old peeps who died?

Actually, the town is filled with five democrats, four republicans, and eleven undecided.

So obviously, Obama killed in the undecided vote for this town.

Twenty one people though? That would certainly be..interesting to live in town wise.

I think Obama is going to swamp McCain.

On one level, that's too bad. I like John McCain and think he's an honorable man. I would prefer he lose by a close amount.

However, he has run a poor campaign and Obama has made a more convincing case to be President.
