    It's a wonder he wasn't arrested sooner. Look at his dialog.

    He, in my opinion, was just plain stupid he clearly made the threats,and he'll be lucky if he doesn't serve time, but most likely a suspended sentence. There is no doubt, IF the reported comments are true and accurate, that he crossed the line and now has to be responsible for his actions.

    The FBI spokesperson was wrong. Just last week another idiot was arrested for threatening Eric Cantor.

    In this nuts case, at least, it also sounds like more than threats.
