Firing Congress to field test Ripple Theory Economics

The Tea Party is essentially the reincarnation of the ANTI-Federalists who were are very diverse group who did not want large Federal government. From Economic theory it is impossible to micro-manage the entire national economy from Washington DC. If you have Congress fund the wrong thing then the money is not available (eventually after they reach their credit limit) to fund the right thing and you can screw up the entire economy. If you micro-manage from the County level and a mistake is made you can only screw up one county. In economics there is always a counter balancing force. This is the main limitation counter balancing effect on Economy of Scale. Reorganizing all safety net functions and all taxation to the county level is necessary to field test Ripple theory economics. The county tax authority would send one payment to the State Capitol for everyone's state and Federal Taxes in that county. The State government would send one check per week to Washinton DC for everyone's federal taxes in that state. Social Security and Medicare would get localized NOT privatized. The marijuana taxes and hooker taxes and increased fuel taxes on hyper fuel economy carss could back up the county treasury so that the localized Social Security system could be run eventually like a trust fund instead of a ponzi scheme. The current health care system isn't really worth saving, We need to evolve a system that is more like an HMO COOP within the county that focuses on preventing disease instead of curing it. There are a lot of diseases that you can prevent with Co Q-10 and vitamin D, like heart disease and obesity. Congress isn't smart enough to micro-manage the economy from Washinton DC and we have to limit the cash if we are going to limit the Federal government to their Constitutional limits. We need to set up an internet Congress that can sustain or veto a President's actions through a cash ballot. It would be a very Chicago Democratic process to vote early and vote often with a Republican twist that each vote will cost you 25 cents.

I wouldn't equate the Tea Party with the Anti-Federalists, who were opposed to the adoption of the Constitution because they knew that the Constitution would centralize power in the federal government. I haven't heard any such criticisms of the Constitution from the Tea Party. The exact opposite, actually.
