I'm sure they are. They've got all kinds of insurance etc., life insurance with double indemnity for accidental death, fire insurance for rebuilding or restoration, catastrophe bonds, global warming bonds, etc., etc.

The Commissioner of Insurance of the State of California should help them out making sure they're safe and well taken care of and all that.

Turns out 11 were injured. All were hospitalized. Two on vents.
It was a distributor that makes butane honey oil, which is a dangerous procedure.

My thoughts AND prayers (something the Mayor did not offer) are with the firefighters and their families.
