    You are wrong.

Finland's Elderly Care Crisis | News Now Finland
Other govt members are not willing to make the reforms needed, thus they resigned. This is at least 3 times different times govt parties have tried to put in place reforms are needed. Sounds like Helsinki, which gets the most funding has really worked to keep reform from happening.

Well, there's a simple fix... they just need to tax the billionaires 90%. I'm sure Finland must have lots of em.

It wasn't the laws that are in place. It was the proposals that they wanted to present that is so unfavorable.

You have no idea how their form of government works. They have a different structure than we have. They have a President and a Supreme Court that stayed on. That means the Administration and the Courts continued. The Government didn't shut down at all. The Ruling Majority resigned. The Ruling Majority is under the Prime Minister. The Ruling Party controls their form of Congress. It would be like our Congress, and both the Senate Majority Leader and Speaker of the House resigning. After each election, the ruling party gets to decide who gets to make the laws and appoint the Prime Minister. If they change from one ruling party to another, the old ruling party must resign. Just because they resigned a few days early doesn't have any affect on how the country runs. As the article said, the country is still solvent and the operations of the country are totally unaffected. Yes, Dorathy, even the universal healthcare they already have is working just fine.

Rightard knowledge. It's extensive, the only problem is so much of what it knows is not so.

France's upper house called the Senate meet in the Luxembourg Palace (top), while the lower house, the National Assembly, meets at the Palais Bourbon (bottom).
Many bicameral countries like the Netherlands, the Philippines, the Czech Republic, the Republic of Ireland and Romania are examples of bicameral systems existing in unitary states. In countries such as these, the upper house generally focuses on scrutinizing and possibly vetoing the decisions of the lower house.

But you can't be taken seriously, you've shown you know nothing yet will make up anything. Going by your history on this thread I'd say it's extremely likely you haven't a clue as to how Parliaments work.
