This is killing the DemonRAT...For decades they have relied on activist judges to force their regressive policies down our throats. Now all we need is for the feckless Republicans to stand together united!

Yes, one House committee is finally stepping onto the field in the one-sided battle against judicial tyranny. After years of endless legislative fiat from single district and circuit judges, the House Judiciary Committee is voting this week on a bill that clarifies once and for all that courts do not have the power to issue injunctions against abstract policies and statutes outside the parties before that particular court. Now the only question is whether the Republicans will unite behind a cogent message of keeping legislation within the legislature and place this provision in the budget bill or at least bring it to a vote before the full House and Senate.

The Constitution and law is already on the side of those opposed to run away federali judges.

The controling mechanism is impeachment and unless the GOP starts holding these idiot judges accountable nothing is ever going to change.

It is about fucking time these fascist liberal judges are reigned in.

I always thought when a judge interfered with Trump's decision to prevent travel from some hostile Islamic countries, he should have told them "fuck you, don't interfere with my Article 2 powers as President". Ever hear of a fucking judge interfering with the constitutional duties of the Congress?

Trump's " we don't want no Muzzies" is discriminatory. You assholes wish you could legalize discrimination.

Not every Islamic country is on the list, dumbass. You want Iranian men of military age coming here like the mobs in Europe. Damn, you libtards are fools. In fact, the Constitution allows the President to discriminate.h. And that is a good thing.

The deference our elected officials pay to judges and courts is un-American.

The radical Left has not had a reason to go to a federali judge to get a court order to stop the Congress from doing something.

When/if that ever hap[pens they will go to a federali judge to stop it, and they will cherry pick the judge in the 9th circuit area to get it all the way to SCOTUS and tie things up for years./

So, you don't know what "checks & balances" refers to?

If Congress would pass a law that said blsck people can't vote & Trump signed it, according to you the Judicial branch can do nothing.

Checks and Balances is NOT when local judges can just tell Congress, "Nah. We don't think that applies to us"

Congress CAN NOT bypass the judicial. THAT is checks and balances.

So laws passed in a small town are binding EVERYWHERE?
