you really should make some sense. How the hell does this have anything to do with the TOPIC of the thread?

Just what, exactly, is a "radical green agenda"? Clean air, clean water and independence from finite fossil fuel sources? Oh the inhumanity! Scary, scary agenda.
smiley-rolleyes010.gif

It becomes "radical" once the agenda contributes to the Uneployment Rate passing 10%.

BTW...um......weren't $800 B stimulous dollars supposed to create "Green Jobs?"

Where are they?

:eusa_hand:

Just Sayin'

We're still above 10%. The only reason the official number shows up below that level is because so many people have stopped looking for work.

Big Government Socialists Never Sleep—
Just when you thought this radical administration was ready to cut back on their socialist agenda they surprise you with another shockingly radical initiative.

Team Obama announced this week the formation of their American Conservation Youth Corps.

Indoctrinated and ready to fight for a socialist America.

That’s not all.
One of the major partners of this green youth corps is the SEIU.
P/Oed Patriot discovered this.
The P/Oed Patriot: SEIU is a 'Partner' With Obama's 'Youth Corps'

Earlier this week I broke the story about how Obama’s 21st Century Youth Conservation Corps is actually a vehicle that is being used to indoctrinate your children into not only believing in Global Warming, but as the Secretary of Interior, Ken Salazar said, to turn your children into “Engines of Change“.

The 21st Century Conservation Youth Corps is being administered by the Department of Interior’s ‘Youth Department’ that was created in 2009 by Ken Salazar. And according to the ‘Youth Department’s’ website, Youthgo.gov, it’s their job to “inspire” The Next Generation of Conservation Leaders:

“The Next Generation of Conservation Leaders

Outside and Involved

The Department of the Interior is uniquely positioned to help millions of young Americans reconnect with our natural and cultural heritage, put thousands of young people to work in the great outdoors, and inspire the next generation of conservation leaders.

Who is partnered up with Youthgo.gov in order to help “inspire” those new Conservation Leaders? According to the partnership page of Youthgo.gov several Government and leftest Organizations including, AmeriCorps, The Sierra Club and something called The Blue Green Alliance.

So who is the Blue Green Alliance?

According to their website the Blue Green Alliance is:

The BlueGreen Alliance is a national, strategic partnership between labor unions and environmental organizations dedicated to expanding the number and quality of jobs in the green economy.

In other words, they are big government socialists who are pushing the radical green agenda.

And guess who is partnering with the blue green alliance?
That’s right… The SEIU and other radical public employee unions.

Um.....Obama?

Examining Obama's Stimulus Package, Part 3: Green Jobs: The Green Life

Obama pointed out in his speech to Congress last week, “to truly transform our economy, protect our security, and save our planet from the ravages of climate change, we need to ultimately make clean, renewable energy the profitable kind of energy.” In addition to creating green jobs, the stimulus bill also provides $500 million “to prepare workers for careers in energy efficiency and renewable energy.”

Ok, so he only committed $500B instead of $800B.

Just to make you happy, I'll assume Obama is mentally handicapped, and meant $100 B.

Where are the jobs in the $2.4 B return on the investment?

WTF does greenjobs have to do with their rights?????

What do the protests in Egypt or Wisconsin have to do with the BlueGreen alliance or the Youth Conservation Corp? YOU brought it up as though there is a collation.

Guess you haven't been paying attention to the news.

The protests started because of higher food prices, and 40% unemployment in Tunisa and Egypt. They repeat the phrase, "Workers of the world unite".

Explain why the heads of the AFL-CIO and SEIU are involved in the protests.

CAIRO — Egyptian labor contributed its presence in streets across the country on Wednesday, as workers protested low pay and injected a new variable into an uprising now in its 16th day.

Workers at companies in the textiles, cement, chemicals, transport, telecom and tourism sectors joined in wildcat strikes in Cairo and smaller cities throughout the country, blocking major highways and shutting factories.

Estimates of the number of laborers varied, ranging from as low as 5,000 to tens of thousands nationwide.

The central demand for most of the laborers is an increase to Egypt’s minimum wage, which has remained unchanged at 35 pounds per month since 1984—about $6–and the legal right to form independent unions
