Felony Snowball Tossing Charges Lodged - February 9, 2010
Depends, I can see where throwing ice and snow could be dangerous. I do NOT see it in this case but then we do not have much info.
My guess is that the law was intended to deal with people who drop/throw dangerous things at cars, like bricks/rocks/watermelons, from overpasses and such which could endanger life and limb.
However like all things governmental, once a law is on the books, its gonna get misused by some mental deficient full of his authority. Another case of going to jail for pop*.

Ha ha. Might be a good idea to start teaching anti-POP techniques in school. Some of our students need some re-edumacation on that issue. lol

The law in and of itself yes. Application of law in this case FAIL (with current information).
