Hi, I'm seeking valuable information and advice on the message board. Also Insight on other people's views on various topics. I was wondering about our rights as citizens when it comes to the FBI?

Ques.: Does anyone know if US citizens have the right to know why the FBI may go thru their residence, watch/surveillance them in public. If so, then how can the person find out? And is there anyway to make sure their rights aren't being violated?

No. The out-of-control Bushie/Obama Administrations have given the FBI full license to violate the Constitutional Rights of anybody they wish. We have God-fearing law-abiding U.S. Citizens with no criminal record, and no points against their driver's license for more than a decade, seeing their Second Amendment Rights violated, because some pinhead FBI retard placed his name on one of many 'Domestic Terrorism Lists' (my thread).

The corrupt FBI/CIA/NSA/FEMA/DoD Fascists are running the show and America is not America anymore . . .

They would need a Warrant to search your home, however I do not believe that watching someone in public places requires any court order.

You could try calling the FBI and asking if they have a file on you. Somethings are covered by the Freedom of Information act.

Now according to the latest claims of Jillian and the far left you should be more worried what your State may do after Sotomayor convinces them the US Constitutional Amendments do not apply to them.

I used to rent an apartment, but after coming back to my residence and finding my personal papers and other items tampered with, I moved in with a relative of mine who owns their home. Worst feeling in the world to know someones been in your place, whether items been stolen or not. I would ask the assistant(s) in the rental office located at the complex about the situation and they would act as if they had no idea what I was talking about.

The state's are more likely to be the one's to abuse the power of wire taps and illegal searches than the FBI... Locally we have a sheriff who believes he has the right to invade anyone space for any reason.
