What are your favorite horror movies of all-time?

Anyone that lists the Blair Witch Project will be virtually stoned to death on the internet.

Mine are in no particular order...

    Jaws
    The Shining
    The Thing
    Exorcist
    Halloween
    Texas Chainsaw Massacre
    Psycho
    Alien
    Rosemary's Baby
    Frankenstein
    Bride of Frankenstein
    Invasion of the Body Snatchers
    Nosferatu
    The Haunting
    Black Sunday
    House of 1,000 Corpses

OOOooooooOO, a horror freak! I am enchanted, Shooter.

    Lemme see.....

Anything By Hitchcock (still my favorite director)
Copycat (great story, great set design, acting, etc.)
    The Exorcist (peed myself)
    The Omen (peed myself)
    Cujo (I was married...'nuff said?)
The Cat People (1950's black and white version...very sexy)
Candyman (dunno why, just grabs me)
Texas Chainsaw Massacre (best gorefest ever)
    The Bone Collector (peed myself)

But I'm a total horror slut....I love 'em all

My personal favorites are the Dr. Phibes series with Vincent Price. I saw most of them as a kid and they scared the crap out of me!

    The Haunting...the b/w version.

Nothing, IMO, even comes close to that one.

"The Shining" with dear old Jack. There is something so ... unsettling about some of the scenes and it does have its moments.
