... which are yours?
Are there ones you watch every year no matter what?

Mine are:

A Christmas Carol with George C Scott
Scrooged with Bill Murray
It's A Wonderful Life
Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer
Year Without a Santa Clause

I like "Scrooged" with Billy Murray also.....

agree with that, but for whatever reason, movie never struck a chord with me.....
I really liked A Christmas Story when it first came out but it's been so overplayed I'm tired of it.....

at this point, I think I like Rudolph best. Brings back the best childhood memories.....

One of my favorites.

"White Christmas" is my favorite; my other top pics are "It's a Wonderful Life", "A Christmas Story", "Meet Me in St. Louis (not technically a Christmas movie, but it's pretty Christmasy in the climactic scene), and "How the Grinch Stole Christmas (tv cartoon version).

I still get a kick when John Payne sees the cane leaning in the corner, and says the final line.

"Maybe... and maybe I didn't do such a *wonderful* thing after all..."

Grinch was a big miss.....

I even like the stupid one with Jim Carrey - especially the early scenes with Jim Carrey. He is so funny in part of that movie I can't help myself.......

The Grinch: The nerve of those Whos. Inviting me down there - on such short notice! Even if I wanted to go my schedule wouldn't allow it.

4:00, wallow in self pity;
4:30, stare into the abyss;
5:00, solve world hunger, tell no one;
5:30, jazzercize;
6:30, dinner with me - I can't cancel that again;
7:00, wrestle with my self-loathing... I'm booked.

Of course, if I bump the loathing to 9, I could still be done in time to lay in bed, stare at the ceiling and slip slowly into madness...... but what would I wear?

I've never seen the Grinch movie. I'm a purist. Boris Karloff is the One True Grinch.

Yes, that is true. And nothing is sweeter than the following scene:
