Hands down, no question, the best casino game is "People watching."

I have it on good authority that the best odds of winning are in video poker.

that can be sad thought.... I see people sleeping on the floor ..... have heard stories from someone that worked at a casino that people will pee their pants (on purpose) to not leave a machine.....

I play blackjack when I have clear head, and feel like spending some time playing. I don't really count, but I have basic strategy down cold.

For a game I don't have to think too much about, I go with 3 card poker, or let it ride.

BJ is my favorite game by far, but, I hardly ever go to casinos (though, I love playing games of all sorts) just too much to $ to throw away. I wonder if you play like the dealer if that would work (hit on 16, stand on 17?)-

Horse Racing you get more bang for your buck and better odds.....

Playing like the dealer has a pretty big house advantage. you make your $$ on doubling down and splitting when you have the edge.

I pay attention to what others have of course... hubby hates it when people are not aware of the cards being played around the table and basic odds.... I will always split 10's and Aces (and 9's) but like I said, it's been a while. Last time I went was in AC and they had $2 per hand games but you had to donate a quarter for every hand. Hubby said I would have been better off playing the $10 or $15 minimum tables....

Actually according to basic strategy you never split a winning hand, but at a $5 or $10 table I don;t expect other players to know the rules.

Once you get to a $25 dollar table, you should.

Ha, beat Me to it.

Having been a professional gambler for 10 years (wrote a book about it) Live Poker is the ONLY game where you're not playing against the House.

Start off with $2-4 and move up to $3-6 before going big time.

Patience, patience, and patience.

I'd have to play limit myself, no limit people can just push you around too much. No finesse

Do you gamble? What's your favorite casino game?

Black Jack for me....
Played Blackjack in Vegas for three hours on one dollar. I was wasting a little time and having free coffee before getting back on the road. The pit boss came over and watched said he'd never seen anyone play for so long with one dollar and not lose it, :eusa_angel:.
