The FUCK Truthmatters?
Not ALL businesspeople are scumbags. Many, granted, most, arguable, but ALL? That road leads to insanity.
I disagree that government should be run as a business. Government and business have many very opposing goals. That said, a good and honest businessperson pressed into government service would have some problem solving skills unique to his or her experiences, and those skills should not be undervalued.

Most Americans do not run their own business, why should they have a business owner act on theoir behalf in congress?

Most Americans are not politicians, why should they have a politician act on their behalf in Congress?

Just to clarify, I didn't mean to imply that ALL opponents of Obama want him to fail.

However, based on the vitriol I've seen oozing from your posts, I'd definitely include you among those that do.

Just sayin...

say whatever you like, I definitely want the OBAMA'S and his comrades in Arms policies to FAIL. If I wanted to live in a Socialist-Communist country, I'd move to one.

So much for your belief in our system of government. If you want a one party totalitarian country move to one.
move to one? we are living in one. one party presently rules. DUmmie

This political tension that apparently many of us believe is new, this debate between Federalism v States Rights, or regulation V individual freedoms is hardly new.

What is new, however is call Federalism (or regulationing society) SOCIALISM.

There have always been people who see every question in terms of US v THEM.

That's how the people are typically manipulated and stampeded by the masters of politics, folks. By exacerbating those (usually) minor differences in attitudes into something odious and threatening

I'll just keep trying to remind you folks that the person living next to you whose lifestyles and values you disapprove of is not now nor will they ever be in charge of the nation.

If you have complaints with what this nation is, or is becoming, the people to fault are those people who are running or who were running it.

YES, I want him to fail! He is the face of his socialist policies and wants to see us in slavery to his global ambitions.

I want the Presdent to succeed. I disagreed with Bush and didn't vote for him but I still wanted him to succeed. I prayed for his success and for his wisdom. He unfortunately made some giant mistakes inspite of my good wishes.

And the people on the right here constantly defend Bush as well as the republican cheating machine in elections

omg, what the hell do you think we have NOW. the Democrats CONTROLL it all, the Presidency, the Congress. we HAVE NO CHECKS AND BALANCES that you all screamed about during the Bush administration, and now the Democrats are RUBBER STAMPING every damn thing this President and his comrades in arms push, even AGAINST the Americans people wishes.
good grief.

I will NEVER shut up about republicans stealing elections by cheating.

That would be just letting you fuck our country to protect your party.

No one asked you to shut up, just to quit derailing every thread you enter with your lies.

You are more than welcomed to continue lying and proving what a partisan asshole you are, but please don't ruin this place with your constant spamming of bullshit.

You don't want America or our President to fail, just as long as he follows YOUR prescription...

So, the election and the will of We, the People is totally meaningless to you...ALL that matters is YOUR ideology and YOUR political beliefs. If our President's prescriptions FIX the problems, that is also totally meaningless to you...

"We the People", are not in favor of the job Obama is doing according to recent polls. Fix the problems? Wrong. He is a problem first off, then he has fixed nothing so far and he couldn't even fix his own Senate seat.

We, the People ELECTED Obama. Polls are NOT elections.

Bring on the NEXT pea brain utterance...

You and the dead people.

Okay.THAT was a serious question?! :ack-1::ack-1:
We are a representative republic, Immie. THOSE "politicians" are who we elect to REPRESENT us.
Write to them support or oppose them, but for christssake engage in communication with them, because YOU VOTE FOR THEM to do the very thing you seem to object to here.
WTF?!
