Blind faith in science is no different than blind faith in religion.
When you refer to "science" are you referring to some Keebleresque elf in a lab coat, with a golden frisbee floating over his head making "scientific" proclaimations? Or something similar like? Because if you are, I must agree.
But if you mean the collection of observations, that lead to a hypothises whose predictions are subject to confirmation by controlled experimentation and further observation, and when such predictions are confirmed by observation and controlled experimentation repeatedly and reliably establishes a theory whose predictions continue to be confirmed by observation and controlled experimentation you have "science" that you believe in--then I must emphatically disagree.
ANY intellectual exclusivity is willful ignorance.
