YEA on Private land... BUT WHAT ABOUT FEDERAL LAND?

And guess what?
The USA would have received a $34 a barrel royalty and
because of Obama's hatred of oil profits and oil companies lost $3.64 billion in royalties on the reduction of 107 million barrels in 2011!

And remember.. in 2011 Oil production on Federal lands DECREASED by 107 million barrels!
WHY and where did the OIL come from to make up the 107 million barrels that could have come from Federal lands and paid $3.4 billion in royalities???
