Personally I considered having a small piece of an elephant's trunk added to mine. But I changed my mind when the doc told me that one of the side effects would be that it would keep trying to take peanuts out of my hand.

And let's not talk about where it would stuff it after it got the peanut!

I don't see any more malice in this than a face lift. As a matter of fact, it's "legal", and if it makes the person happy and gives them new confidence, what the heck?
