Medicare Part D, created by the GOP, is socialism. Conservatives all say the same eye-rolling thing when you point this out: "But I opposed it!" Riiiiiight. Sure you did.

Medicare was created by the Dem's and it was a failed attempt at trying to fix a Dem mess up.

With the Republicans now holding a majority in the Congress, will they now pass a bill repealing Medicare? Sure the president will veto it, but the bill would show the American people that Republicans will rid the nation of Medicare when they gain the presidency. Good political move right?

They are the ones trying to get back the 700 million that the Dems took from it for their new Health Care Bill.
