When the president first uttered the following, I hadn't really understood what he meant:

This country doesn’t just succeed when just a few are doing well at the top. It succeeds when the middle class gets bigger. Our economy doesn’t grow from the top down -- it grows from the middle out.

We don’t believe that anybody is entitled to success in this count

The whole top down thing is a myth anyway... we only do good as a nation when we all have work.

As it is... we do not all have work, and the end is nowhere in sight.

Plus, punishing the rich will not help. It only hurts us as a nation.

Fat people grow from the middle out.. it takes a lot of the wrong stuff going in.
In the end they end up unhealthy, have bad looks and a lot of shit.
