    Trophy Points:
The Housing Crisis came about through lack of regulation of mortgage banking. A long time ago, Adjustable Rate Mortgages were not supposed to happen. In Exodus 22::25-27,
"If thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him as an usurer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury. " That is from the widely famous, KJV.

By the time of the Proverbs, even the rich were admonished to not be rewarded: "He that oppresses the poor to increase his riches, and he that gives to the rich, shall surely come to want."

The famous origins of the Republican Party are of Abraham Lincoln, of the attempted Genocide of White People. Even little death camps were created, as the alternative as usual. The Industrial rich of the North were in boom-times.

The mantra of balanced budgets became the legacy of Herbert Hoover, who created 1932 by keeping 1931 federal spending at 1930 federal spending levels. The South had been devastated years before. The Farmlands suffered from Harding-Coolidge-Hoover combined. Milk would be poured into the streets in an attempt to constrict supply, and raise prices.

After the giant federal Ronald Reagan deficits--which worked very well for the rich, and got the poor into the gangland sub-cultures, which profited all of Hollywood--then "balanced budgets" were put into place at the state and local levels.

Tax cuts for the rich then happened In Bush II, Term I, and would be extended.

The bankers would go against the Biblical rules. The New Testament favoring of lending without expecation of repayment.: Would turn into a kind of Satanic, banking policy. The Poor would be cast into foreclosure. The Rich Financial Houses would come tumbling down. The Construction industry tanked.

Faced with the mandate to balance budgets: Then state and local governments tanked. 500,000 have refused to participate in the recovery, and got laid off instead. A lot of those are the teachers who caused it all, at any rate(?). Adults would still let children actually play in the neighborhoods of those places. The blight which the parents had intended--quite clearly--for the children: Had actually happened.

By July 11, Bank of America stock all by itself would drop over 3% on its to below $10.00. The bail-out had happened only 33 months before. The Republicans were assuring that business and spending in the stores would never happen, again.

Rewarding the rich, and refusing to tax them: Has precedent certain, in the one political party on earth that does that!

Socialist China, for example, is not like that!

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(White Eyes of Epic Sagas need snappy new non-dialect, if able. . .Not even able keep up the values of their property--like some people anyone can think of! Some even send their kids to Sidwell Friends School, where they are allowed in plain sight of the. . . .adults!)
