Republicans like to voice themselves as the real party for African Americans and portray Democrats as deceivers who encourage victimology in blacks but I would like for the Republicans to list the initiatives and efforts they have made to seriously attracted and draw black voters and really demonstrate that Republicans really care about black voters.

People on welfare are usually black, teenage mothers who stay on ten years at a time

You're failing to consider that blacks represent a mere 12 to 14 percent of the population yet account for over 30 percent of welfare recipients. There are four times as many whites than blacks sop you can't go by mere numbers when the playing field isn't equal.

With regard to AFDC (Aid to Families with Dependent Children) their figures are:

White 38.8%
Black 39.8
Hispanic 15.7
Asian 2.4
other 3.3
