Ex-Penn State president Graham Spanier has been accused of perjury, endangering children and other charges in the Jerry Sandusky molestation scandal.

According to online court records, charges were filed Thursday against Spanier.

New charges also were filed against Athletic Director Tim Curley and retired Vice President Gary Schultz, who were arrested last year for perjury and failure to properly report suspected child abuse. That case is scheduled for trial in January.
