Every time the socialists give examples of successful socialist countries....

This stupid ignorant fuck is actually saying cuba is a success story. Not worth one second of my time.

And yet you spend a lot of seconds denying the successes of Fidel and his revolution....
Boy, there sure are a lot of reports of Americans trying to escape American tyranny to float down to Cuba on leaky boats.....Ooooops. Not one report of that. Ever. Yet you bring up Cuba as a success like a fucking deranged know it all fuck. You then giggle like you are making some legit point.

You pathetic loser.

Did you know the Cuban people have free socialist healthcare while your beloved capitalist 'free' market system produces things like this

Video shows patient left at cold bus stop at night, wearing only a hospital gown - CNN

:banana2:

cuba is a shithole...

That's why they float over here on garbage cans..

The people of cuba would do much better with

different leaders and a different form of government.
Maybe Bautista has a living relative?

Spell much?

That would be Batista dumb ass...
You've never seen Guardians of the Galaxy?

Nope....

I feel that one should not demonize the word "socialism" (or "communism").

Our country, for example, has adopted certain measures that were once considered "socialistic."

(As a senior citizen, I am VERY grateful for Medicare, for example.)

Yes, it is difficult (impossible?) to find any "successful" socialist countries today (unless one counts those European nations that have already been named).

I would, however, like to nominate one nation: CHINA.

Although it is NO longer socialist in many respects, it DID accomplish great things (I have read) in its first ten years of existence.

After World War II, the exhausted Chinese people turned to the Communists and they delivered on their marvelous motto: TO SERVE THE PEOPLE.

For the first time in Chinese history, there was a unified government, everyone had a job, everyone had enough food, everyone had adequate housing, everyone had (at least) rudimentary health care, and for the first time in at least two hundred years , foreign countries no longer dared try to push China around.

We all know that China has adopted many capitalistic measures. As a result, the living standard has reached unprecedented heights.

China was a weak country that everyone pitied before World War II.

Today it is respected and feared.

Maybe (maybe) "socialism:" deserves some credit for this remarkable (and unbelievable) sea change.
